H1's been locked 4.25hrs, but the range is 8-9Mpc lower than 24hrs ago (and this is with quiet breezes now vs high winds last night); it took about 3hrs for the range to slowly ramp up to the range of 151Mpc (where last night we were at about 160Mpc with high winds.  useism has been somewhat high and constant the last 24hrs.
