While Twilio's texting service continues to be unavailable while we are awaiting approval for our usage, Twilio's phone calling service does still work.

I have made a hybrid version of locklossalert which uses the cell phone providers for SMS texting, and Twilio for phone calls.

Text and Phone-call alerts are now available again.

Note to operators: please check your alert settings, I have to revert to an earlier configuration after restarting the service.
