TITLE: 11/12 Eve Shift: 00:00-08:00 UTC (16:00-00:00 PST), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Observing at 158Mpc

SHIFT SUMMARY:

- While L1 was down and running an initial alignment, I took the opportunity to adjust the opo temp and SQZ angle, in doing this I was able to squeeze (ha ha) out ~3-4 Mpc, bringing us to 161 Mpc

• Attached SDF of the changed OPO temp setting - Tagging SQZ
• Note per Vicky's request: the no sqz time was from 3:47:55 UTC - 3:59:00 UTC and the sqz angle was adjusted from 147.37 to 152.11
• All in all, H1 was in commissioning mode for this adjustment from 3:34 - 4:01 UTC

- 5:11 - inc 5.9 EQ from Papua New Guinea

• 5:34 - EQ mode activated, back to CALM @ 5:54

- 7:04 - SQZr unlocked, then relocked on its own, back to OBSERVE @ 7:08
