TITLE: 11/23 Eve Shift: 00:00-08:00 UTC (16:00-00:00 PST), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Observing at 129Mpc
INCOMING OPERATOR: Tony
SHIFT SUMMARY:

H1's been locked for about 20.75hrs.  The range has been somewhat decent in the last hour. 

Only other notable item is the Squeezer losing lock and dropping H1 out of OBSERVING at 0458utc & relocking 2min later.
