Sat CP1 Fill, manually stopped when TCs did not reach trip temps due to cold temps

A quick fill which did not automatically stop because the TCs did not reach the trip temp of -100C. Outside temp was -4C at the time of fill, TC-A only reached -97C.
I manually stopped the fill after the TCs had flat-lined for about 30 seconds.
I have changed the trip temps to -90C
