Ops EVE Shift End

TITLE: 11/26 Eve Shift: 00:00-08:00 UTC (16:00-00:00 PST), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Observing at 153Mpc
INCOMING OPERATOR: Tony
SHIFT SUMMARY: Quiet evening, Observing and we have now been Locked for over 12hours. Wind has gone up a bit but is still pretty low. Microseism is slowly decreasing, and violins are doing well. SEI_CONF is still in USEISM, and SEI_ENV is still set to CALM

Commenting on my shift end from yesterday evening - at 07:39UTC 11/26 we had a DCPD saturation (plus an EX saturation) that did not cause us to lose lock. It doesn't happen often that we get DCPD saturations without a lockloss so just mentioning it!
