SHIFT SUMMARY: We are Observing and have now been Locked for 13 hours. Quiet evening with a now lowered microseism and low wind. Note that SEI_CONF is in USEISM and SEI_ENV is in CALM. The PSL 102 dustmon is still stuck with its incorrect readings - still not sure what caused that (see both comments on 74402 for more info).
