ETMY mode1, and ITMX mode 12 are slowly ringing up under its current settings, turning off the gain for a bit then I'll try a sign change.

I've had success with the following settings, the spreadsheet has been updated with these as well.

ETMY1: FM1+FM10 G=-0.2

ITMX12: FM1+FM6+FM10 G=+1
