In trying to diagnose locking issues today, we've been sidetracked for a while because of glitches from the BS optical lever, which was causing a problem for PRMI locking. 

The first attached screenshot shows a glitch similar to the ones that have been bothering us in PRMI, which shows up in the optical lever, and also the top mass osems.  This first screenshot is with optical lever damping on. The second screenshot shows a glitch in the optical lever signal with the damping off, which does not show up in the top mass osems.
