BS Oplev glitch: Sheila found a BS OpLev glitch that has the same form as the one that Jenne saw in the PRMI locking ASC signal (prior to the gain reduction).  We checked if this glitch is present during DOWN (this morning) to see if this is inherent glitching or not. We found it at that same time, albeit differently shaped. Now we are thinking that this may be caused by OpLev damping, presenting its glitch in the signal. Interestingly, this OpLev damping isn’t actually on when PRMI ASC engages, which is where earlier problems were. Therefore, the plan is to go through initial alignment, since we restored the alignment back to a different time, and then wait for the glitch. Once seen, we turn off the OpLev damping to see if it persists. This would bring us closer to knowing what the story is behind the glitch. This glitch would not be the main cause of locking issues. Doing another final (for my shift at least) initial alignment as of 23:45 UTC. Details and screenshots in Sheila's alog 74480.
