BS OPLEV glitching
The BS OPLEV is glitching mostly in PIT (a few in YAW but nowhere near as many) but this doesn't seem to be new behavior, Its been going on for at least the past year from the ndscope.

This may not have been a great trend, the glitches seen may just be the kicks from losing lock.
