After the Suspension Offset changes from the end of the day shift, ran a Manual Initial Alignment (except for Input Align).  H1 made it to Acquire DRMI, but flashes did not look great.  Went with LSC setting chage RyanS used a few nights ago (alog74487), and this allowed for short locks.  Tried to touch it up with the SRM, but did not have luck keeping it locked enough to let ASC take over.

Revisited Input_Align, since we skipped this earlier.  And it completed, however...

Returned to locking, but the alignment looked horrible for PRMI.  

Returning to Manual Alignment and skipping Input Align.
