I added a triggering feature similar to what the lsc has to the h1ascimc model - except that I kept it simple by defining only one trigger and one FM trigger and mask for all DoFs.

I set both up to trigger at the same level as the lsc (ON=1000, OFF=900), and triggered the integrators in FM2.
This makes the ASCIMC WFS completely autonomous - no scripts required to start them up.

THe MEDM screen for setting up the threshold is still TBD.
