I added, compiled and installed the green arm initial alignment code as part of the h1asc.mdl We are at revision 5464.

The installed version has a single ON/OFF switch to turn on the loops and integrators, as well as ramp in and out the dither drives.

Still TBD:
- IPCs to ETMs TMSs and end station PZT actuators.
- MEDM screens for the setup.
