This evening at 17:23 we had a repeat of the BS camera issue we saw on Dec 14th which prevented H1 from going into observe.

To recover I power cycled h1cam26 (BS) with a shutdown/no_shutdown cycle of port 0/35 on sw-lvea-aux. I then killed the camera process on h1digivideo2 (kill -9 as root) to let monit restart the server code.

H1 went into observe just a few minutes after h1cam26 came back online.
