This afternoon Tony discovered a ndscope issue on nuc5, which we tracked down to its leap seconds file having expired today, 28th December 2023.

This is only an issue with debian10 machines, debian11/12 have been updated.

For now I have copied the /usr/share/zoneinfo/leapseconds file onto all the deb10 FOM machines, ndscope now runs with no errors. Next Tuesday we will schedule the package updates.
