After wiring up the HEPI L4-Cs to confirm they were good, I saw that two were not like the other two.  So I though they were bad and did some wiring swaps to troubleshoot the problem.  This told me it was indeed the L4-C or its local wiring.  Then I leveled them and they look fine now.  Did not realize it would be so obvious.  3 of 4 corners now level with the SE corner 3 still to do.  More visuals on the morrow.
