Currently in OMC_WHITENING and have been here since 01:52UTC (so about 2hours). My main reasoning for not proceeding into NOMINAL_LOW_NOISE is that the OMC_DCPDs (according to {A, B}_WINDOW_{MIN, MAX} - I couldn't find the current ADC counts) are the largest they've been in at least the last ~230 days - see ndscope comparison between the DCPDs now versus four days ago when the DCPD counts were also very large - since the DCPDs jump when we get into NOMINAL_LOW_NOISE, I am worried about it causing us to lose lock. However, it looks like at its current rate, it won't get down to reasonable values until way past the end of my shift, so I'll wait a little longer before taking us into NOMINAL_LOW_NOISE and just hope that we don't saturate and lose lock!

- I was so sure that we would saturate or that the DCPD counts would at least jump way up but they didn't change at all? So now I'm wondering if we could've started Observing much, much earlier.
