ISC_LOCK set to DOWN for beginning of the O4 break
Since we lost lock a few mins before 8am (during the in-lock charge measurements), I've set the IFO to DOWN.
Happy end-of-O4a, and congratulations to all on making it such a success!
The O4 break begins this morning, in preparation for an even-better O4b!
The in-lock charge measurements didn't directly cause the 15:48UTC lockloss, lockloss happened during the third injection "L_DRIVE_NO_BIAS" on ITMX, ITMY, ETMY.
