Checking HVAC Fans FAMIS

On the outbuilding scopes we can see some fans being turned off and others turned on, the MIDY fans that were turned on are a bit noisy but not that bad.
On the CS scopes, the main item of note I see is that MR_FAN5_170_2 got noisier yesterday.
