For Optical Lever acceptance review, this data was requested.  This set will also be included in the testing and commissioning document for optical levers, T1300563.

Figure 1 shows the dark noise spectra in Volts/Hz^1/2, this is taken as individual segments at the ADC and then converted from counts to volts in DTT.

Figure 2 shows the transfer function between the OSEMS of the M0 stage and the L2 stage, this is using an excitation on the M0 stage of 200 counts uniformly at broadband frequencies.

Figure 3 shows the ITMY drift for 24 hours in pitch and yaw in units of microradians.  We see that over the course of 24 hours, pitch drifts ~2urad and yaw drifts ~1.5urad
