Dave and Jim executed the upgrade and restart of the front ends.  They didn't do the PSL.

Work permits signed by ops today:  4097 (front ends), 4099 (HAM2,5,6 camera cables), 4100 (two clean room cleanings near HAM5; completed), 4101 (SEI model update/recompile), 4102 (autolocker).

Sporadic dust alarms today in the SUS test stand (LVEA) and in the optics lab/bake oven room.

Correct PSL enclosure phone numbers: H1 -- 113 (inside), 226 (outside).  H2 -- 114 (inside), 225 (outside).
