Mid X air handler damper control
After discussing with Richard, we changed to manual control of the outside air dampers back to automatic on the air handlers. They had previously been in manual to control building static pressure, but as the mid stations are decommissioned, building static pressure is no longer a major concern. Automatic damper control will allow the system to cool with outside air instead of relying on chilled water, thereby reducing energy usage. It will take some time for the PI loop to relearn its controlling effectiveness so there may be fluctuations in space temp and supply air temp. There is also more noticeable airflow noise which may need to be considered. These changes will be evaluated at MX first.
