WP 11669 upgrade the link between sw-msr-core and sw-gc-sysadmin to 10G
As per WP 11669 I upgraded the link between sw-msr-core and sw-gc-sysadmin to a 10G link. This is done to simplify the configuration of the new core switch when it gets put in later this month, by moving everything to 10G everywhere.
