There 3 places where the pipes are not in their nominal 2x2 configuration: (A) before the drop down the the LVEA floor, (B) under the beamtube, (C) under HAM4. The pipes are also drooping in the longer stretch in the mechanical room. TJ is ordering more clic32 clamps that we plan to better support the pipes with. Also noticed a seemly unused metal bracket under BSC3, will check with SEI before removing. 

New FRS prompted by FRS 30283, plan to complete bi-annually by the TCS team.
