Hanford fire department are refilling their trucks with hydrant water as part of the tumbleweed buring operation. The FMCS alarm for fire pump 1 running was sent to cell phones. I have bypyass this alarm for now.

This is a nice test of the new FMCS software detecting fire pump running status.
