Per Richard, the temperature of the chilled water loop at Mid Y has been returned to what it was originally set to. The loop set point is now 46F, and I have enabled the outdoor air reset function which will allow the chillers to adjust the set point based on outdoor air temp, which will reduce compressor usage.
