Closes WP11693 Dhruva, Julian, Camilla,

After 75894 and HAM8 vent, today we rolled SQZT8 enclosure back to its marked position next to HAM8, replaced the bellows and removed guillotine from the viewport. Fil will recable the enclosure early next week.
