Startup of first version of h1iscex front end model
Chris W created an h1iscex.mdl model this morning. I compiled it against RCG2.7.2 and started it on h1iscex. It is running well.
This system is not in the DAQ at the moment, so its DAQ and DDC bits are showing errors on the overview medm.
