Checking it off Arnaud's list so I can get on to installing Level 2.1 filters, I've taken final Phase 3b, undamped, M1 to M1 transfer functions of H1 SUS PR3, an HLTS. Now that Hugo's not shaking HPI, all degrees of freedom look gorgeous. We should consider this measurement of H1 SUS PR3 as accepted. As per usual, the individual results and results compared against other similar suspensions are posted below. Everything mentioned below has been committed to the repo as of the post of this entry.

Note, the remaining Phase 3b acceptance measurements for H1 SUS PR3 are:
- Damped transfer functions of M1 to M1 (I didn't take these, because I'm going to be installing new damping filters shortly)
- M2 to M2 and M2 to M3 (I'll be taking these now)
- Spectra of all stages. (These are quick, I'll just take these when new damping filters are installed.)
