Status Report: New-and-improved WD System on TMTSs works great; Typical motion is 0.02 um_RMS, and Max motion is 0.1 um_RMS (Threshold still at 25 um_RMS)

Kissel Checking the last day's worth of BLRMS values of the Transmission Monitor and Telescope Suspensions (TMTS) TMSX and TMSY M1 or top-mass OSEMs to compare against the arbitrarily chosen threshold of 25 [um_RMS] in the 0.1 - 10 Hz band -- typical values are ~0.02 [um_RMS] and maximum excursions after lock losses are 0.3 [um_RMS]. We could probably safely decrease the WD threshold to something like 1 [um_RMS]. See attached ~24 hour trend of the TMSX and TMSY BLRMS channels vs. the ISC_LOCK guardian state.
