STATE of H1: Commissioning
SHIFT SUMMARY: The morning was taken up by reverting IM and PR moves over the last few days, then ISCT1 work. Since then we have been trying to relock but an earthquake has been making this tricky. Starting to get past DRMI more consistently, currently powering up.
