In prep for calibrating the detector under the "new DARM" control scheme (see e.g. some of the conversation in LHO aLOGs 76315  75308), I've copied over the new filters that are needed from the H1SUSETMX.txt filter file over to the H1CALCS.txt filter file. The new filters are only in the replica of L2 LOCK, L1 LOCK, L3 DRIVEALIGN, and L2 DRIVEALIGN, and I only needed to copy over two filters.

I've committed the H1CALCS.txt to the userapps repo.
