we added a counter increment at the end of the run method in the NEW_DARM state (ISC_LOCK). The missing self.counter += 1 was causing the state to continuously set LSC-MICHFF_GAIN and LSC-SRCLFF1_GAIN to 1. This incidentally caused at least one lockloss as Gabriele was trying to run a MICH feedforward measurement tonight.
