STATE of H1: Commissioning

SHIFT SUMMARY:
Shift started with Squeezer work with H1 in NLN.
Then there was work on PSAMs differential adjustments. Then there was work on PR3 alignment
For locking, we definitely appear to need to run Initial Alignment after locklosses.
And LOWNOISE ASC was stuck in a loop for about 20-30min before I noticed it. (see below)
LOG:
- 0205-0215 Measurement at SQZ rack (nutinsee)
- 0452 Lockloss due to PR3 work. ETMx ISI tripped, but that was NOT related to PR3 work (evan)
- Lock Attempt #1: Y-arm took several INCREASE FLASHES.
- Had to run CHECK MICH FRINGES + PRMI & then DRMI locked, but would have a "DRMI Unlocked" at ENGAGE DRMI ASC (twice) or at TURN ON BS STAGE2 (once).
- Opted to go for Initial Alignment---this was something Ibrahim suggested to me at the beginning of the shift, but I wanted to see if H1 could get past DRMI.
- Attempting to lock instead of going immediately into an Initial Alignment took about 45min. :-/
- 0532-0555 (23min) Alignment notes:
- for PRC ALIGN---PRC1_Y_out16 was notably off (~7000counts) more than others (PRC1_P_out16 & PRC1_[P,Y]_inmon) which were only at 600 counts.
- Lock #2: Made it through DRMI w/ no problem (POP90 was lower for this lock than the (3) DRMI locks I had for Lock#1.)
- Noticed ISCLOCK was stuck in a loop for LOWNOISE ASC:

- Leaving with H1 at the NLN state, but it appears to not be squeezing. And we are waiting for VIOLIN DAMPING to kick in.
- Louis is setting up his measurement to run in 3hrs if H1 is locked.
