QUICK SUMMARY:
When I arrived H1 was locked  for 4 hours but not observing.
I have since taken the Observatory mode to Observing until a comissioner decides to  start running tests.

Team Speak is not working, I'm getting a Failed to Connect to server error.  I'm restarting the verbals computer now.
