Since the camera servo offset was monitored by SDF in safe.snap, everytime we lose lock, the camera servo offset was set to the values in safe.snap which are kind of random. So I unmonitored the camera servo offset in safe.snap. This will make it easy to look back the camera servo offset in different locks.
