Screenshot showing the issue - the SQZ_FC state "FIND_IR" had over run its execution time by like 10 minutes. I suspect what happened is that in FIND_IR's call to find_min(), the find_min() function called cdu.getdata(), which got stuck in the data grab and overran the time.
I manualed SQZ_FC to "GR_LOCKED", then set it back to being MANAGED by SQZ_MANAGER. Then it automatically went up to FDS without intervention.
