QUICK SUMMARY:

H1 lost lock about 3.5hrs ago (1238utc), and TJ (owl shift-er) has been trying to help H1 with an alignment, BUT the Initial Alignment woes continue.  Strangely, Input Align appeared to work for him, but every other (atleast MichBright and SRC) were not completing for him. 

Will try an overall alignment revert to the alignment Oli/TJ had last night.  And from that will run an alignment to see if Initial Alignment steps still have issues.  (if they do, I'll skip the alignment and try locking with the reverted alignment.

Enviornmentally all is quiet after the windy and shaky night.
