1.3kHz SQZ ADF Turned Off
We stopped using the SQZ_ANG_ADJUST in 76742 so no longer need the SQZ 1300Hz ADF line to be on in observing. We're turned it off and accepted in sdf. H1:SQZ-RLF_INTEGRATION_ADFEN
