Put a small excitation on  H1:SUS-ITMY_L3_LOCK_BIAS_EXC to check why ITM in-lock charge measurements not working. This excitation worked fine when I used both awggui and awg via the interactive guardian (plot).

Unsure why it's hasn't worked for ITMs the last two weeks: 76895, I restarted the guardian before I started so maybe that was needed even though the ESD_EXC_ITMY guardian clears all test points before starting.
