QUICK SUMMARY:

Starting the Shift Oli and I noticed that the IFO was still relocking and needed an initial_alignment.
Since then Initial_alignment had stalled and been restarted. Possibly because the IMC was unlocked. I'm usure if Oli had done that or not.

Once that completed Another earthquake hit but was not announced over verbals.
