I took some transfer functions of OFI this afternoon, the references from the template were fairly old (2021), I trended the OSEM basis, and output filters gain as well at the suggestion of Jeff for the reference and things have changed. The basis matrix has different values and the gains signs have been flipped, so that may be why the magnitudes are different. The TFs don't show anything obviously wrong.
