QUICK SUMMARY: A few issues on arrival. OMC_LOCK isn't able to find a carrier, it actually cant find any peaks at all. SEI_ENV guardian node is in error, which Ibrahim noticed as well. It looks like it can't grab data for some reason. Now that I type this out I'm thinking that there's an issue with Guardian nodes getting data, this would explain why OMC_LOCK sees 0 peaks in its scan, theres an empty peak list if theres an empty data list.

Maintenance can start early, I'll bring the IFO down as soon as I finish some quick investigations.
