Maintenance recovered, back to Observing at 2240 UTC.

We struggled with a handful of lock losses at inconsistent spots and two lock losses just after Transition_from_ETMX. Jenne and Ryan S tracked this down to some changes made yesterday and changed a filter (alog77698), then we made it through one time. Unsure if this will be ok net relock or if it will interfere with locking though.
