SHIFT SUMMARY: Currently Observing and we have been locked for 8.5 hours. Quiet evening overall with no issues besides the tail end of relocking when I first got in.

    - Past few days we've been seeing IFO_out saturations at the end of POWER_25W and into the first few seconds of MOVE_SPOTS
    - Paused between each state between TRANSITION_FROM_ETMX and LOWNOISE_LENGTH_CONTROL because I was worried we would get a LL like Ryan had earlier from LOWNOISE_LENGTH_CONTROL
