Still not locked due to wind - it's at ~35mph right now. I started trying to lock half an hour ago and have been able to get ALSY to lock but I haven't been able to get ALSX flashes above 0.49. The values are also fluctuating quite a bit due to the wind, but I might try moving ITMX since multiple rounds of ETM/TMSX haven't helped.
Taking us back to DOWN due to wind increasing to >40mph; I'm still not able to get ALSX over 0.6 but we'll let the wind go down a bit and then continue
