TITLE: 05/14 Eve Shift: 2300-0800 UTC (1600-0100 PST), all times posted in UTC

INCOMING OPERATOR: Ibrahim
SHIFT SUMMARY: After the lockloss from wind an hour into my shift, I have been trying to get us back up every time the wind has started to go down but ALSX was having trouble getting above 0.4; I ended up moving ITMX as well as TMX/EX. The wind wasn't reasonable until 07:00 UTC, and I was able to slowly get ALSX above 0.65 by 07:20 UTC, and 0.72 twenty minutes later.
Once Ibrahim got on, he wanted to try running INCREASE_FLASHES, and it was able to catch ALSX at 0.7, and it's just sitting there now. Did something happen today that changed it from being >=1? Ibrahim is running an initial alignment now.

00:23 Went to GREEN_ARMS_MANUAL because Increase Flashes wasn't helping and it wanted me to find ALSX by hand
00:46 Took detector to DOWN to ride out the high wind
02:34 Started trying to relock because wind was down to 30mph
- Couldn't get ALSX over 0.49 after multiple rounds
- Ended up moving ITMX, which helped and then we maxed out at 0.6, and wind was picking up
04:06 Couldn't get ALSX still, wind increased to >40mph, so back to DOWN
06:30 Winds lower, trying relocking again
