SHIFT SUMMARY:
Straightforward shift with about half of it for Commissioning, Calibration measurement, and a relock. The relock was mostly automated but ALSx did start with low power (0.45) again.

- 1427 H1 locking & PRMI had just been locked

- 1507 PI-31 ringing up for agbout 45 sec before being damped

- 1511 Snorkel emergency: HVAC issue at LExC which requires access to the roof and the snorkel lift is the only option for that. It is at EY. ON our Acceptable/Not Acceptable list I do not see mention of this special case, so I let them go. (We just got to Observing, L1 went down for commissioning a few minutes ago for commissioning.
- 1533-1544 Arrival at EY & drove snorkel to trailer. 1548 @MY. 1554 trailer drives by CP1 & LVEA (other cars in way at VPW). 1558 Trailer is away from Corner & at LExC. H1 remained locked the whole time (perhaps a glitch which coincides with them at EY)
- 1530 Ops Note: did not receive Calibration reminder for 830amLocal.
- 1543-1907 COMMISSIONING begins
- 1618 commissioning lockloss
- 1619 nuc33's dtt crashed, so ran launch script
- 1618 Locking notes: ALSx was really low at 0.45. I tweaked to get flashes up to 0.8, but then INCREASE Flashes took over for 8min to do the same thing.

- 1803 SHG/Laser Hazard work in Optics Lab (Terry, Kar Meng)---out to lunch@1905
- 1815-1848 PCal Labwork (francisco)
- 1907 Back to OBSERVING
- 1956 EverBridge Quarterly Test sent out to LIGOWA group
- 2110-2137 Calibration measurement coordinated wtih L1 (& gave heads up to Virgo).
- 2137-2203 Squeezed in some extra commissioning time immediately after the calibration measurement. (sheila)
