Commands for getting out of conda

Ryan Short has written a couple of useful commands for working outside the default conda environment.

'killconda' will drop you out of conda in the current shell.  New shells will still be in the default conda environment.

'noconda ....'  will run a single command outside the conda environment.  When the command is done, the shell will return the to conda environment.
